In order to help you find just the right item, we recommend visiting one of our stores. You can try before you buy! Sometimes buying online makes it difficult to choose the right product. If you did not receive exactly what you wanted, no problem. Kirkwood’s Sweeper Shop will exchange your purchase with no restocking fees. Just give us a call within 30 days. We’ll help you choose a different item that will better suit your needs. We’ll send you the new item and pick-up the first one.
Kirkwood’s Simple Returns:
If you prefer to return your purchase, Kirkwood’s Sweeper Shop is here to help. We offer a 30-day return for 100% in-store credit, and a 10-day money back guarantee. Stop in at our stores, or give us a call at 513-612-6100 within 30 days from the day it was purchased for a Return Authorization Number. Then simply ship the item back to us in its original box and/or packaging with all the accessories and instruction books. We will refund you 100% of your purchase price. All returns must be in like new condition and in original packaging with receipt. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.
A few of our online and in-store products are not returnable. All sales are final for air conditioners, commercial machines, lay-away, central vacuums, and special orders. All trade-in machines are not recoverable. Some items are not returnable because of shipping costs or the manufacturer’s return policies. The manufacturer will usually replace these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Kirkwood’s Sweeper Shop Superstores and affiliates may cancel orders and refund a purchase because of pricing errors, back-orders, or for any reason.
